Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of "Quantus Signal" (the "Service"), a free technical-signal screener operated by Quantus Technologies Inc. (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

The Service is a free tool that computes chart patterns and technical indicators across stocks on a daily batch basis and presents them as information.

All content provided by the Service — signals, statistics, heatmaps, alerts — is for informational purposes only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, nor investment advice. Past statistics do not guarantee future returns.

Certain features (watchlists, alerts) may require social login such as Kakao. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own authentication credentials.

Users must not use others’ accounts without authorization or place abnormal load on the Service through automated means.

Where a user connects their own broker or exchange API keys, any resulting orders or trades are executed solely under the user’s own account, judgment, and responsibility. The Operator merely provides tools and does not act as an agent or discretionary manager for the user’s trades.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering of the Service; generating abnormal traffic; infringing the rights of other users or the Operator; and any violation of applicable law are prohibited.

Rights in the Service’s interface, logic, and derived data belong to the Operator; users may not use them beyond ordinary personal, non-commercial use. Rights in underlying market data belong to their respective sources.

The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data.

Users are solely responsible for investment decisions made based on the Service’s information and their outcomes; the Operator is not liable for resulting losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Operator may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and, given the free nature of the Service, is not liable for any resulting damages.

The Operator may revise these Terms as needed and will indicate the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
